Commercial wiring and rewiring around Lake Winnipesaukee.

New circuits and rewires for Lakes Region shops, restaurants, and offices.

Commercial Wiring

What commercial wiring and rewiring includes

Older Lakes Region commercial buildings often need new circuits before they can take kitchen equipment or shop machines. We add circuits when the panel has room, and we rewire when the existing run is unsafe or too small. Permits and inspection sit in the quote.

  • New branch circuits for kitchen, shop, and office equipment
  • Rewire outdated or damaged commercial runs
  • Feeder pulls and conduit for equipment that needs its own circuit
  • Coordinate with the panel when a new circuit will not fit
  • Permits and inspection for the scope we quote

Questions

Common questions about commercial wiring and rewiring

Can you add circuits for new commercial equipment?

Yes. Kitchen gear, shop machines, and office tech each want a circuit that is not shared with the rest of the floor. We add the circuit when the panel has room, and we upgrade the panel when it does not.

When does a shop need a rewire instead of a new circuit?

When the existing wiring is damaged, undersized, or wired in a way that will not pass inspection. Sometimes the right job is one new feeder. Sometimes it is a larger rewire. We open enough of the system to know which, and we quote that.

Do you pull permits for commercial wiring?

Yes. Most commercial wiring work in New Hampshire needs a permit. We pull the permit for our scope, meet the inspection, and leave the work to code.

Can you schedule around a business that has to stay open?

We work Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm. We plan the outage window with you so the floor is not dark longer than it has to be. Same-day response during business hours when you call.

Do you rewire older buildings in Meredith and Alton?

Yes. Older shops and restaurants in Meredith, Alton, Center Harbor, and the rest of the Lakes Region are a large part of the wiring work. Call or text 603-619-8875 with the address and what you need powered.
