Site walk, load calculation, and a written estimate
We start on site. Panel, service, pad location, fuel options, access, and the loads you want on backup drive the design. You get a written estimate before we schedule, including unit size, transfer equipment, pad and fuel path, permits, and any panel work the calculation requires. Work starts after that estimate is in writing.
Pad, fuel, and the electrical tie-in
The concrete pad is set where clearances and the run to the panel make sense. Natural gas or propane is brought to the unit on a correctly sized supply. We set the generator, pull the feeder, install the transfer equipment, and make the panel changes in the estimate. Startup, registration, and inspection
When the mechanical and electrical work is ready, we start the unit, verify transfer, and complete warranty registration on Generac or KOHLER equipment we install. Local permits and inspection close the loop. We are a certified installer for Generac air-cooled and liquid-cooled systems and KOHLER air-cooled systems. Ongoing service and maintenance is a separate offering after the install.

What if the panel needs an upgrade mid-job?
Needed panel or service work should come from the load calculation up front. If something hidden appears, we stop and price it with you before continuing.
When do you register the warranty?
Startup and warranty registration happen on Generac or KOHLER units we install as we close the job, after the system transfers correctly.
